Troll Smokehouse is a family-owned and operated meat processing facility dedicated to crafting the finest snack sticks, jerky, and specialty meat products. Founded in 2004 in Kawkawlin, Michigan by Lennie Mondeau alongside Louie and Connie Collins, Troll Smokehouse was built on generations of experience, passion, and pride in quality food production.

While Troll Smokehouse officially began in 2004, our family’s roots in the industry go back more than four decades. In 1983, the journey started with Tri City Cheese and Meats, a food distribution business that laid the foundation for the values, expertise, and relationships we carry forward today.

At Troll Smokehouse, we are guided by a commitment to quality, customer focus, integrity, and operational excellence. We carefully source the finest meats and spices to ensure every product meets our standards. What began as a local Mid-Michigan operation has grown steadily, and today our products can be found from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula through Indiana and Ohio.
